Infant & Toddler Care During Worship Services

We Have a Well-Equipped Nursery to Care for Your Infants and Toddlers

Until your children are old enough to become part of Good News Kidz (our Sunday school class), we have a nursery room complete with two gliders, a changing table,  water fountain, a ball-pit, and many toys to keep your children active and interested.   Each week, nursery volunteers staff the nursery so that you can attend worship, and we also welcome you to stay, as we have speakers in the nursery that pipe in the sound from the worship service.  Each week, our custodial staff rigorously clean and sterilize this room so that you can be comfortable with your child playing with anything found there.

Our lobby is a great place to hang out with children and still see the service

If you would like to stay with your child but want to both see and hear the worship service, we have designed our lobby space with half walls of glass so that you can fully experience worship without undue worry over a fussy or restless child.     In addition we have many folks who stay in this area, and are always ready to take your child for a few minutes while you take a bathroom break or warm up a bottle.   We want you to feel as if you and your family as comfortable as you would at a gathering of your extended family, surrounded by folks who love your children and who are always willing to lend a helping hand.

We have stroller friendly parking

Located next to our parking for those with disabilities on the south side of our Sanctuary building (off the alley), we have spaces for families with strollers.   These spaces also lead to ramps that give you easy access to the building through the side sliding doors.

We are building a family friendly patio area too!

Many times a year our church family gathers on our beautiful patio area outside of the sanctuary on Hollywood Boulevard.  And in the coming months, we will be adding decorative fencing to this patio so that parents can feel comfortable letting their children run free without concern that they run out onto the busy roadway.
